October 2015: Harvest
As we head into the autumn season, we notice changes; the air chills, the daylight hours get shorter and the leaves turn magnificent colors and fall from the trees. It is also a time that crops are harvested and preserved for the winter. It is when farmer and gardener reap what they have sowed. It is not only the crops from the farms and gardens that are planted and harvested; we also “reap what we sow” in our thinking, our actions, and our level of consciousness. We also go through changes in the “seasons of our lives”. What metaphysical lessons can we learn from this time of year?
