Warren is a musical theatre performer, music supervisor and voice teacher based in the Washington DC area. He moved to the nation’s capital after over a decade in the theatre industry in New York City. In 2014 he became the first graduate from the new masters degree program in Contemporary Commercial Vocal Pedagogy at Shenandoah Conservatory.
Warren currently teaches voice and Pop/Rock audition technique at The Catholic University of America and has been published in the Journal of Voice and the NATS Journal of Singing. He is the founder and operator of getonmysides.com, an online coaching service for singers, and also offers personal coaching and music preparation services.
Recent projects include music direction for Silver Bells at Signature Theatre in Arlington, music supervision for The Turn of the Screw at Creative Cauldron in Falls Church, and performing as a featured soloist in the National Broadway Chorus.
